Formerly with Century 21 Real Estate, Pete and Zack were the Top Selling Century 21 Team in the East Bay in 2006. Pete Torrey was a 24-time Centurion Award winner and the East Bay's only Century 21 International Hall of Fame member, the highest sales honor in the corporation. No other Century 21 agent in the East Bay reached the Centurion plateau as many times. His 34 years in the business and career sales of over 1,000 homes and over 400 in the Northgate area of Walnut Creek make him that area's top selling known Realtor in history.

Pete, a licensed Real Estate Broker, credits his past experience as a TV newsman in helping him relate to his clients' different needs. "I have sold property from Orinda west to Antioch east, from Livermore and Pleasanton south to Vallejo and Vacaville north. In each case the sale was a personal one-on-one experience," observes Torrey.

Zack Torrey, a graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Criminal Justice Administration, began his professional career as a Parking Sergeant for the SDSU Police Department. It was there he honed his conflict resolution and management skills that have proven extremely valuable in his Real Estate Career. A 2-time President's Club winner at J. Rockcliff and a 4-time Centurion Award winner at Century 21, he has had a resounding impact on the Torrey Team since he joined his Dad in April of 2004. "When I joined my Dad I was unsure what I was going to bring to the table, other than a second body," says Zack regarding his successful young career. "What I found was that I could add so many things corresponding with my generation." Zack goes on to say, "I am able to add a large amount of technology to the team, as well as a useful negotiation tool, as I am going to be much closer in age to some of the buyers and sellers we are working with. Thus we can relate to a very diverse client base."

Andrea joined the Torrey Team in 2009, helping Pete and Zack sell 50 homes in that year alone. She is a graduate of Northgate High School and San Diego State University. Andrea was captain of her high school soccer team, president of her college sorority, and was a Contra Costa Association of Realtors Scholarship recipient. While she has been holding open houses for Pete since she was 16, she now adds her extensive marketing and retail sales experience to the Torrey Team. Most recently Andrea managed women's apparel stores, Free People and Sam's Boutique in Walnut Creek, before joining the family business.
