Pete,

I was looking up names from the past on the Internet and it was your turn. You helped us with the purchase of property in Concord in 1983, then selling the same property in 1986 with our move to San Diego. You were there again for purchase of a condo in Main Chance Estates in 1989 and then selling the property in 1991. I have never met another real estate agent with the professionalism and dedication you demonstrated with our purchases and sales.

I guess it was a natural move to bring your son into the business. Our son is a fire fighter for Sacramento City and our daughter is a court reporter in Montgomery Alabama. We believe with the accelerating "golden years" that we be near one of our children. The tax base in California is still a little more steep for our income than I am comfortable with.

I don't know how old the picture is on your website, but you still look the same save for failing hair color. Thanks again for all your past efforts to make our life more enjoyable as home owners. We wish you all the best personally, professionally, and of course for your family.
