Pete credits his past experience as a TV newsman in helping him relate to his
clients' different needs. "I have sold property from Orinda west to Antioch east,
from Livermore and Pleasanton south to Vallejo and Vacaville north. In each case the
sale was a personal one-on-one experience," observes Torrey.
Zack Torrey, a graduate from San Diego State University with a degree in Criminal
Justice Administration, began his professional career as a Parking Sergeant for
the SDSU Police Department. It was there he honed his conflict resolution and
management skills that have proven extremely valuable in his Real Estate Career.
Now a 4-time Centurion Award winner, he has had a resounding impact on the Torrey
Team since he joined his Dad in April of 2004. “When I joined my Dad I was unsure
what I was going to bring to the table other than a second body,” says Zack regarding
his successful young career. “What I found was that I could add so many things
corresponding with my generation.” Zack goes on to say, “I am able to add a large
amount of technology to the team, as well as a useful negotiation tool as I am going
to be much closer in age to the majority of the buyers & sellers we are working with.”
